I first heard of The Little Thinker series when I had the Think About The Circus tape, back in the early 1980's.
I didn't know that there was a whole series of The Little Thinker adventures until I found your site.
I had the same experience with other cassette tapes I had when I was younger, then once I got online, I looked for those particular recordings and discovered that like the Little Thinker series, those recordings were part of a series as well.
You know, when I was young, I just had that one recording, not knowing that it was part of a series at the time.
Then, when I got online, I discovered that there were more recordings from a particular series.
It's a blessing that the Internet can help us reclaim and find the missing pieces from our childhoods.
Virtually going to Outer Space with Nancy is very enjoyable.
For even though I'm blind, and have never really drawn pictures, I'm able to imagine what it would be like in outer space.
I had fun.
Love little thinker! I am an 80's baby and listened to these growing up. Thank you for having these available so that now I can share these with my kids!

I first discovered Little Thinker in 1980's. I was director of a university laboratory child preschool. The cassettes at that time were a miraculous benefit to our nap times Children who didn't nap would be mesmerized with imaginary world created by these adventures. They never grew tired of these. My children were raised on these and I am now wanting to purchase the entire MP3 set for their children. I, a child psychology diagnitician and psychotherapist give the highest rating to these wonderful adventures

BACK WHEN MY CHILDREN WHERE PRE-SCHOOL. THESE STORIES WHERE ON CASSETTES. WE PLAYED THEM IN THE CAR AS WE TRAVELED. THEY LOVED THEM.
WHEN YOUR CHILDREN LISTEN TO THE STORIES. WHICH ARE VERY GOOD.
THEY DON'T REALIZE THERE BEING TAUGHT. SUBJECTS LIKE BIOLOGY, ZOOLOGY, MATH, GEOLOGY. AND, MANY OTHERS TOO. BY THE TIME THEY GOT TO THE FIRST GRADE. THEY KNEW MORE THAN SOME OF THE HIGH SCHOOL KIDS. WHEN WE LEFT WESTMORELAND. I DONATED OUR SET TO THERE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LIBRARY.
NOW THERE ON THUMB DRIVES. I JUST BOUGHT A SET FOR OUR GRAND DAUGHTER TO LISTEN TO IN THE CAR. JUST LIKE HER FATHER BEFORE HER.

Such thoughtful and nice memories you have. I'm glad that Little Thinkers provided such strong experiences for your children. Passing them along to our granddaughter must have been a special event. I had the same experience with my sons (now in their 40s and 50s) and their kids.
