Returns
Since all our products are digital deliverables, we do not accept returns. 
But, we do stand behind all our products by offering a 110% satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase, please let me know. I'll make sure to refund your purchase price as quickly as possible. Refunds are limited to 110% of actual purchase price, not based on the retail price at time of purchase. As such we will need your order information to make sure that we process your refund correctly.

That said, I'm happy to report that we've never had a satisfaction issue in the over sixteen years we've been doing this.
